Ingredients
- 10 beef hotdogs
- Mustard (Aaron uses Lane's Southbound Mustard BBQ Sauce)
- Spicy BBQ rub (Aaron uses Lane's Spellbound Hot)
- Spicy BBQ sauce (Aaron uses Lane's Lil' Spicy)

Cut slits about 1/4" apart going half way through the hotdogs then rotate and cut half way through the long way as well

Cut hotdogs into thirds for bite sized pieces and add to a large bowl
- Coat in ¼ cup of mustard & mix
- Sprinkle on ¼ cup of spicy bbq rub & mix again
- Pour into a 12" Finex cast iron skillet and place onto grill or into oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes covered
- Remove lid and add ¼ cup of spicy bbq sauce to the skillet and mix in
- Allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes for the sauce to tack up
