We’ve teamed up with our friends at Westward Whiskey to bring you a rich flavored drink that packs just enough citrus punch. The grilled peach combines a caramelized, smoky char with the sweetness to balance out the whole cocktail. This is for those who are ready to elevate their standards.   • 1.5 ounces of Westward Whiskey Original
  • 1/2 peach, pitted and halved
  • Lemon
  • 0.75 ounce lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounce 1:1 honey syrup
  • 0.5 ounce peach liquor bundle of mint leaves
  • Club soda


  1. Grill peach slices and lemon half on your FINEX Grill Panfor 2-3 minutes until lightly charred.
  2. Place peaches, lemon, herbs, honey, and whiskey in a large glass or cocktail shaker and smash all of the ingredients together.
  3. Strain through a small mesh strainer into rocks glass.
  4. Serve over large ice and top with club soda in a rocks glass and garnish with a bundle of mint and grilled peach.
